27-летняя девушка делится в Instagram впечатляющими фото, на которых занимается йогой обнаженной.


О девушке с ником Nude Yoga Girl известно немного: она обожает йогу, путешествия, а также увлекается фотографией. Сделать удачный кадр девушке помогает бойфренд, который разделяет ее страсть к йоге.

Девушка признается, что идея создать подобный проект появилась случайно, когда она сделала несколько фотографий и увидела, каким красивым может быть человеческое тело без одежды. Позже обнаженная йога помогла ей стать увереннее в себе.

За откровенными асанами девушки следят больше 600 тыс. подписчиков.

I've thought today, why still after 300 photos it's easier for me to publish the ones where my body shows as little as possible… When I started my account I thought that my photos would be body shapes which at the same time hide most of my surface. ❤ I was more insecure about my body but it wasn't only that. I thought that my body doesn't belong to anyone else. When I got interested as a photographer about different asanas and I wanted to challenge myself with the photos, my will to hide myself made a conflict inside of me. ❤ I often look at my photos as the photographer. But this small feeling reminds me that I'm in them myself:  The less I show of myself in the photo the easier it's for me to publish it. ❤ I don't want to showcase my body. I just want to create photos, which are art and my message. You are beautiful exactly the way you are.❤

Yoga is creative. It stimulates creativity in your mind, gives inspiration and you really can get new ideas by practicing yoga. Practice shuts out overstimulation and releases space for thoughts. But I think yoga is also a creative practice itself. You can listen to your inner voice and your intuition and let it quide you. Just make asanas that feel good, connect different poses together with your breath in a creative flow. I love it. ❤ And at the end, yoga gives courage to trust yourself. You can't be very creative if you are scared to step and think outside of the box… Yoga has helped me turn down my inner critic.
